Carewatch Care Services Ltd provides individualised packages of care and support and enable people to maintain their independence and enjoyment of being in their own home. The care we provide in the regions we serve is growing fast and we are interviewing immediately for Support Workers.

The areas we work in are: Folkestone, Reading, Windsor, Isle Of Wight, Southampton, Brighton and Woking.

The type of care a Support Worker will provide will vary depending on individual needs but will always be of the highest standard and may include:
Help with getting up and ready for the day, settling in at night, washing, bathing, dressing and toileting.
Domestic tasks such as laundry, cleaning, tidying, shopping, preparing and cooking meals and taking clients out to the doctor, shops, or social events.
Supporting clients with complex needs.

To support clients to lead as independent life as possible.
To provide personal care support to clients when required.
To adhere to the requirements laid out in the needs led risk assessment and care plans.
To ensure clients live in a safe environment.
To encourage client's independence while ensuring dignity, choice and respect at all times.
Attend any training.
To be professional, safe and presentable at all times.

Experience isn't necessary as we can teach you how to be a great Support Worker and to enable you to understand in depth Health and Safety, Safeguarding and complying with legislation. What we can't teach is your natural passion, desire and ability to want to provide the best care possible. If you have that then we are keen to chat further.

Successful applicants will be flexible in their working hours - we have full and part time hours available - mornings, evenings and weekends.

Full drivers licence and own transport is essential but walking carers in some areas will be considered.£250 "golden welcome" will be paid on successful completion of 3 month probationary period.
