Individuals are able to build a programme of sessions based on their own interests and aspirations. Yateley Industries support people with learning disabilities, mild mental health issues and physical disabilities. Referrals can either come through the DEAs at the JobCentre (they have 70 WorkChoice places) or people can self-refer. Yateley carry out packaging and assembly work in their factory for mainstream companies and also have retail and catering opportunities in their cafe and gallery.
